3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

GolfToon is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to secure account credentials.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.

5. Tournament and Scoring Disclaimer

GolfToon is a software tool intended to assist with golf event management and scoring.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying:

• Scores
• Handicaps
• Pairings
• Flight assignments
• Leaderboards
• Tournament results

GolfToon does not guarantee that calculations, rankings, pairings, or tournament results will be error-free.

Official tournament decisions remain the responsibility of the tournament committee, golf course, league, or event organizer.

6. Beta Features

Certain features may be designated as beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features.

Such features:

• May contain bugs or errors.
• May be modified or discontinued without notice.
• May experience interruptions or unexpected behavior.

Users access beta features at their own risk.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit, including:

• Tournament data
• Player information
• Scores
• Course information
• Feedback and submissions

By submitting content to GolfToon, you grant GolfToon a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use that content as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, recommendations, bug reports, or feature requests, you agree that GolfToon may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

GolfToon is not obligated to implement any suggestion.

9. Intellectual Property

GolfToon, including its software, design, logos, branding, content, and underlying technology, is the property of GolfToon and its owner.

No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or exploited without written permission.

10. Availability of Service

GolfToon strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Handicap inaccuracies

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GolfToon and its owner from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service.

13. Termination
